I had an overall enjoyable stay at the JW Marriott Indianapolis. The facilities were well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable and luxurious environment. The location was super convenient, making it easy to access everything I needed, especially for the trade show. While my stay at the JW Marriott Indianapolis had its highlights, like the really good customer service and the great location, it was marred by a couple of significant issues. The shower experience was downright terrible, making what should have been a relaxing moment a stressful one. Additionally, the lack of complimentary breakfast options and overpriced parking left me feeling nickel and dimed. Overall, a decent hotel, but definitely with room for improvement.

I was initially placed in a hospitality suite, which was not what I expected. The heavy sofa in front of the Murphy bed made it hard to even pull it down. After complaining, I was moved to another room, but the shower was a disaster with poor water flow and temperature control.
