The shower experience was downright terrible, making what should have been a relaxing moment a stressful one. Additionally, the lack of complimentary breakfast options and overpriced parking left me feeling nickel and dimed. Overall, a decent hotel, but definitely with room for improvement.

I was initially placed in a hospitality suite, which was not what I expected. The heavy sofa in front of the Murphy bed made it hard to even pull it down. After complaining, I was moved to another room, but the shower was a disaster with poor water flow and temperature control.
